Diamond Chemical Acquires WeChem
(July, 2026) Diamond Chemical is pleased to announce the acquisition of WeChem, Inc., a specialty chemical manufacturer headquartered in Harahan, Louisiana.
Founded in 1972, WeChem, Inc. serves industrial, commercial, and MRO markets, including utilities, petrochemical, and marine customers. The company manufactures a broad range of cleaners, degreasers, disinfectants, sanitizers, and specialty aerosol products.
