After a brief factory tour, Mr. Cotter spent time with Steve Galessi, president, and Jeff Kozak, VP of Sales, discussing TCATA and TRSA's work to help revise the NSF 350 water reuse standard so as to protect commercial laundries and equipment manufacturers. They also discussed the Clean Show and other issues.

While in the area, Mr. Cotter also attended the annual holiday dinner hosted by the Western States Drycleaners and Launderers (WSDLA).  The event was well attended, and gave Mr. Cotter an opportunity to meet with several drycleaners and allied trades. After dinner, WSDLA Executive Director Bill Hays presented Laundry and Cleaners Supply of Phoenix an award recognizing them as the "Allied Trades of the Year."  Accepting was Nick Eckenrode of the company.
