Buffington Retires from Colmac

(January, 2019) Cam Buffington, a former president of Colmac, Industries, Inc. of Colville, Washington, recently announced his retirement from the company. Cam will work for his family's business, Buffington Properties and Investments. In 2006, Buffington was named the first president of Colmac who was not a family member, succeeding Scott McMillan, grandson of the founder, Jerry McMillan, who established the laundry finishing machinery business in 1959. Scott, who continues to serve as CEO/owner of Colmac, announced in February that Justin Shamion would succeed Buffington as president of the company. Buffington will stay on as a member of Colmac's Board of Directors.
