IRS Issues Final Regulations

(February, 2019) In mid-January, the IRS released its final rules for implementing the tax deduction for pass-through businesses that Congress passed in 2017. The 20 percent deduction is available only to some pass-throughs, and the rules are an attempt to clarify which businesses are eligible. Click here for the news release.
